Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund or rescheduling. Repeated lateness or unnotified absences may result in refusal of future bookings or additional charges.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Native Studio Art values your time and asks that you equally respect the time and operations of our staff and studio.
9. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Native Studio Art operates as a licensed sole proprietor business. By participating in any of our workshops, mentorships, educational programs, or purchasing products and services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with natural materials, sharp tools, physical activities, or cultural content.
Activities may include harvesting willow, handling scissors or cutters, working with porcupine quills, or climbing ladders. Injuries or allergic reactions may occur. While we accommodate physical needs where possible, you agree to participate at your own risk and release Native Studio Art from liability, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.
All guidance offered is educational and cultural in nature. We do not provide clinical mental health or medical services. You remain responsible for decisions made based on our programming.
Minors under 18 must be supervised and have waivers signed by a parent or guardian. If a parent leaves a child at our studio, they do so at their own risk. When Native Studio Art is invited into schools or organizations, supervision is provided solely by school staff.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.
